I saw this yesterday at one of our local Asian supermarkets, and I have to say… I don’t know. I’m open to new ideas, new tastes, and new experiences, but there’s certain times when things just shouldn’t go together.
I think that this is one of those times.
I can understand that in order to keep up with an ever-changing market new ideas have to be bought forward and tried. Does that mean that we should throw any flavour that we can think of into our normal every-day potato chips? Don’t get me wrong, I’ve seen some strange flavours that turned out to be good (anyone else tried corn-flavoured potato chips, or butter flavoured?), but wedding cake? I almost bought a packet just to find out what made it taste not just like cake, but specifically a cake at a wedding.
So this is the challenge. What’s the strangest thing that anyone else out there has found? Did you try it? Did you like/hate it?
